Memberships provide property oversight and coordination, not licensed home inspection, engineering, insurance adjusting, marine surveying or regulated trade work. Specialized services are coordinated with qualified providers when required.

Storm Priority

Reserve planning and response capacity before the weather turns.

Storm Priority is separate from the monthly membership. The annual retainer reserves planning and roster priority; a deployment fee applies only when Gulf Shore activates the property’s storm plan.

Additional storm labor, materials, specialty trades, marine work and third-party vendor charges are billed separately. Access and service timing remain subject to evacuation orders, road/causeway access, weather conditions, staffing capacity and employee safety.
